CGG Seismic Blasting

CGG were proposing to seismic blast 3000 square km of ocean right next to endangered Southern Right Whale calving grounds. In February 2026 this proposal was rejected by the offshore regulator NOPSEMA.​​

TGS/SLB Seismic Blasting
